Grace provides strategic leadership for the Disability Access Office. She regularly engages with campus partners to further DAO’s mission and educates the community on the office and its work. She directs the implementation of best practices for accommodations and provides vision and direction for Disability access and equity within the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Grace participates in multiple university-wide committees, leads working groups on accessibility issues, and advances Disability-related higher education issues on a national level.
