DAO hires Peer Notetakers to assist students by providing supplementary peer notes that summarize and capture the main content of lectures. If you are a Harvard College or GSAS student who takes clear, thorough notes, you could earn a $600 stipend per eligible course! If you are interested in applying to become a Peer Notetaker, follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Click on the following link: https://sierra.accessiblelearning.com/Harvard/ApplicationNotetaker.aspx
STEP 2: Complete the “Personal Information” section and click on “Create Notetaker Account”

STEP 3: Click on the “Notetaker” button on the left vertical menu.

STEP 4: Search for courses you are interested in being a notetaker for using the “Find a Course” search box and click “Search Courses”. Leave “Course Section” blank. The system is very sensitive, you should use the exact name as it is listed in My.harvard. Alternatively, you can look up the “Course ID” in My.harvard and enter it into the space where it asks for the “CRN”. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for AIM to import your classes after you complete the initial application.

STEP 5: Select the course that appears to the right under “Search Result”.
AIM will add the CRN to the box on the far left labeled with the semester, for example “Fall 2024”.
